While DB House is a sober living residence (not a treatment facility) and doesn’t directly accept insurance, we can help:

Treatment Referrals:

  • We partner with treatment providers who accept all major insurance plans
  • Same or next-day referrals to appropriate treatment levels
  • Insurance verification assistance
  • Coordination with outpatient programs (IOP, OP)

Payment Assistance:

  • We work with residents facing temporary financial challenges
  • Payment plans available in special circumstances
  • Connection to local resources and assistance programs

Is there a security deposit?
The $250 entry fee serves as your entry to the house. There is no additional security deposit required.

No. The weekly rate includes everything listed above. The only additional costs you’ll incur are personal items (food, toiletries, etc.) and any fines for rule violations.
We work with residents experiencing employment gaps. You’re required to actively seek employment and may need to follow a structured job-search schedule. We’ll work with you during the transition.
We prefer weekly payments as it helps residents develop financial accountability. However, we can discuss alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
While we don’t have a formal scholarship program, we occasionally work with residents facing genuine financial hardship. Speak with us about your situation.
