Is there a security deposit?
The $250 entry fee serves as your entry to the house. There is no additional security deposit required.

No. The weekly rate includes everything listed above. The only additional costs you’ll incur are personal items (food, toiletries, etc.) and any fines for rule violations.
We work with residents experiencing employment gaps. You’re required to actively seek employment and may need to follow a structured job-search schedule. We’ll work with you during the transition.
We prefer weekly payments as it helps residents develop financial accountability. However, we can discuss alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
